A vacuum lifter is ideal for lifting sacks, cardboard boxes, wooden panels, plastic crates—indeed, most types of products. Where the vacuum lifter truly outperforms other lifting solutions is when handling porous materials, in other words, materials where air is drawn through the surface. Examples include cardboard boxes, wooden panels, and concrete. Should an accident occur and the power supply be interrupted while an item is suspended from the suction cup, the lifting hose will slowly and safely lower the load toward a surface, and only then will the suction cup release the item. This ensures both operator safety and protection of the load.
