SIGup Balancer

The basic version of the pneumatic SIGup wire rope hoist. Easy to adapt with other accessories or integrate into other material handling systems. A complete solution for applications in any industry where efficient and ergonomic lifting and handling of loads is required.

When this type of unit is preferred for purchase, the end user must select the appropriate installation type (standard equipment includes “ears” with shackles for suspension), a control system, and a gripper suitable for the specific application.

The SIGup Slim pneumatic wire rope hoist is equipped with a hook gripper and a Slim 0-1 controller as standard.

Slim 0-1 makes it easy and smooth to control the device by raising and lowering the controller handle.

The pneumatic SIGup cable-type hoist with integrated LIFT IT handle controller is a super-universal set for applications where there is a large variation in loads. The quick-change adapter and the wide range of compatible grippers make it easy and flexible to adapt the right gripper to the task at hand.

As standard, the SIGup hoist is equipped with “ears” and shackles for suspension as well as a single suction cup gripper.

The pneumatic SIGup KD cable-type hoist is equipped with a lifting controller, where lifting and lowering of the load is controlled by means of two up/down levers. The adjustment of the working speed of the unit is controlled via:

• speed range setting using a rotary knob,

• appropriate level of pressure on the handles, which increases or decreases the working speed.

This solution enables very precise lifting, setting down and positioning of the load at a specific height.

The SIGup KD comes with a hook gripper as well as “ears” and shackles for suspension included. The controller also allows the mounting of different types of grippers and accessories, increasing the versatility and flexibility of the system.
