Danish-made lifting yoke / vacuum suction that lifts up to 500 kg. with 4 x 11″ suction cups. The vacuum vacuum can electrically rotate the workpiece 90 degrees, and a built-in 7 degree tilt function is built in to create the workpiece.
The net weight of Zeven is 80 kg.

Foil roll lifter up to 350 kg
The foil roll lifter is fully automatic and holds the roll in its inner core. Fully automatic means that when the lifting yoke is immersed in the inner core of the roll, the mandrel is released and the roll’s own weight will be safely maintained. When the roller is lowered to a base, the mandrel will be released, at the same time the pawl engages and the mandrel will be released from the core. Simple and efficient construction that ensures correct work ergonomics. The foil roll lifter is mounted in an electric chain hoist and has a very low net weight of only 6 kg. Danish-made, user-friendly lifting yoke for lifting horizontal and vertical foil rolls. The lifting yoke cantilt the rollers 90 degrees with a cylinder from Kinetrol.

In addition, the foil lifter has an automatic focal point adjustment, as well as a mandrel indicator, so that the operator can see if the foil roll lifter is ready for lifting.

Plate lifting yoke with 8 pcs. 9″ (23 cm) suction cups for lifting up to 800 kg. Arms can be adjusted on the boom, and suction cups can be individually adjusted on the arm. Lifts plate sizes up to 3000 * 1500 mm.
In addition, the plate lifting yoke has a curb weight of 78 kg, a vacuum meter for vacuum level and a safety switch for storage.
The plate lifting yoke is also CE approved and complies with EN13155.
