The Danish Working Environment Authority’s Order no. 561 of 24 June 1994
4.1.2.1. Risks associated with lack of stability
The machinery must be so designed and constructed that the required stability under Section 1.3.1 is ensured when in operation and out of operation, including during all the transport, assembly, and disassembly phases, during foreseeable failures, and also during the tests when these are carried out in accordance with the instructions for use.
