Tasks:
• Project management and production planning so that deadlines are met
• Daily collaboration with the technical department, as well as the sales, service and warehouse departments.
• Ordering goods from external suppliers.
• Management responsible for production.
• Ensure uniform and satisfactory quality and compliance with requirements in relation to standards and the Machinery Directive.
• Lead and distribute the tasks between the production department’s approx. 15 employees.
• Optimization and development of the production department.
• Customer contact and possibly follow-up on assembly tasks.
• Various hands-on tasks.
Our expectations of you:
• We imagine that you have some experience from the metal industry and that you have a professional background or further education as possibly machinist or mechanical technician.
• Preferably with a superstructure in the form of project management or management training.
• It is important that you have a natural interest in both management and mechanics.
• You are a confident leader – naturally calm, and adapt if necessary. stressful situations with calmness and overview.
• You manage to motivate your employees and handle any conflicts in a constructive and positive way. You meet your employees, colleagues and customers with equal parts friendliness and flexibility.
• It is a requirement that you have management experience, that you want to make a difference and that you have great knowledge of people.
• Has a driving license and truck license.
• PC knowledge.
